Project Team Associate | Northpoint

• Mission: Solve urgent business problems and lead rapid operational turnarounds by bridging executive ideation with immediate, on-the-ground execution.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales & Leasing: Learn to sell and close by actively prospecting for tenants, conducting property tours, negotiating lease agreements, and completing the leasing process from start to finish.
• Critical Inspections & Site Visits: Execute urgent portfolio inspections and site visits with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency, often requiring rapid travel.
• Rapid Deployment & Market Entry: Travel frequently on short notice to complete mission-critical work and be prepared to relocate to new growth markets to embed and support regional scaling efforts.
• Project Management: Lead small, high-velocity projects from planning and resource mobilization through execution and reporting, ensuring tasks are completed end-to-end.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Documentation: Coordinate effectively with vendors, owners, on-site staff, and leadership to drive project completion and deliver precise documentation, post-visit reports, and actionable next steps.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any major or possess equivalent relevant experience. This is an early-career role ideally suited for recent college graduates looking to build a career from the ground up.
• Experience: Zero to two years of professional experience are expected. An internship or some prior experience in sales, property management, real estate, inspections, or logistics is preferred, though not strictly required for consideration.
• Skills: Possess a valid driver’s license and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be willing and able to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time) on short notice and potentially relocate. The role requires an unflappable demeanor under pressure, a competitive drive, high coachability, and unwavering integrity, coupled with a “do whatever it takes” attitude and a love for hard work and steep learning curves.
