• Team: Responsible for designing and optimizing the Client Incentive Platform for enterprise customers.
• Mission: To standardize, execute, and track client incentive policies, ensuring accurate and compliant distribution of rebates and rewards to optimize customer retention and lifetime value.
• Tech Stack: SQL, data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Design & Standardization: Assist in the overall planning and product design of the customer incentive platform, with a focus on standardizing policy formulation, execution processes, and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Incentive Optimization: Collaborate with strategy teams to design and optimize various short-term incentives, including promotions and rebates, for enterprise customers across the platform.
• System Enhancement: Help implement systematic improvements aimed at enhancing the transparency and automation of existing incentive policies, thereby optimizing the user experience for all stakeholders.
• Accuracy & Logic Refinement: Ensure the accuracy of rebate and reward distribution by continuously refining system logic and implementing measures to minimize potential errors in the process.
• Cross-functional Compliance & Strategy: Partner with data, finance, risk, and compliance teams to ensure that all incentive policies are both effective and regulatory-compliant, while also staying updated on industry trends to refine strategies for improved customer retention and lifetime value.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or higher, possessing a strong interest in understanding and developing B2B or B2C customer incentive systems, such as promotions, rebates, points programs, and loyalty initiatives.
• Experience: Familiarity with TikTok as a platform and as a user, coupled with curiosity about how businesses operate and present themselves on the platform. Candidates must commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.
• Skills: Demonstrated analytical thinking capabilities with some proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). Requires excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills, alongside an interest in financial settlement logic and the ability to grasp rebate and reward processing workflows.
• Bonus: Exposure to TikTok Ads Manager or other comparable ad platforms is preferred. Candidates who can commit to working a minimum of 5 days a week and intern for 6 months or longer are also preferred.
