Product Management Intern | Airgas
The Tone:
This is an internship at Airgas, located in Houston, TX, with a hybrid work schedule. Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is a leading U.S. supplier of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, as well as related hardgoods and safety products. This role is crucial for gaining hands-on field experience by contributing to key business metric reporting, KPI tracking, and improving Business Intelligence infrastructure to drive performance.

• Mission: This person will support business leaders and initiatives by providing critical reporting and analytics to drive performance improvements within Airgas.
• Tech Stack: Google Suite, PowerBI
What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Assist with the creation and distribution of key business metric information, internal reporting, monthly metrics creation/publication, and quarterly analytics.
• KPI Development: Help with the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including building dashboards for reporting, specifically utilizing the functionality of PowerBI.
• Infrastructure Improvement: Assist with the improvement of existing Business Intelligence (BI) reporting infrastructure by implementing best practices related to the design, development, testing, and administration of reports and dashboards.
• Performance Support: Support business leaders/initiatives from a reporting perspective to drive performance improvements.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with various business unit leaders and corporate management teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in finance, accounting, or a business analytics discipline.
• Experience: At least six months of experience with Google Suite.
• Skills: Business Intelligence (BI) reporting, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development, PowerBI dashboard creation.
• Bonus: Previous financial analysis experience, previous internship experience.
