Product Manager 2 – Rotational Product Management (RPM) Program | Intuit

The Tone:
This is a selective two-year growth accelerator Rotational Product Management program at Intuit, located in Mountain View, CA with a hybrid work model. Intuit empowers Product Managers to transform ideas into groundbreaking products. Our PMs apply AI-first thinking to solve customer problems faster and deliver delightful experiences that improve lives. This program provides several years’ worth of product experience through high-impact assignments, professional development, and coaching from product leaders. It is ideal for those early in their professional journey, offering a path to become executives at Intuit and leaders across the tech industry by making an immediate impact on customer experiences.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features.
• Customer Expertise: Deeply understand customer needs through data analysis to uncover actionable insights.
• Product Strategy: Define product requirements, experiences, and use cases to create a data-backed product roadmap.
• Product Delivery: Deliver product and feature enhancements through rapid testing and experimentation.
• AI Integration: Integrate AI across the product lifecycle, from research to roadmap planning, ensuring sound judgment guides customer-centric decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field; this role is ideal for those at the start of their professional journey.
• Experience: Less than two years of industry experience.
• Skills: Familiarity with AI tools and a strong curiosity about applying AI to solve real-world problems; proven ability to partner with AI across the product lifecycle, from research and analysis to building quick prototypes, discerning when outputs require further refinement; a creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving, capable of providing a logical framework to support conclusions and ideas; strong leadership, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities, adept at leading and influencing cross-functional teams while building robust relationships; excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively conveying impact and uniting teams around common objectives; demonstrated ability to adapt based on new learnings or changes.
