What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy Development: Drive transformation by developing and executing solution-oriented sourcing strategies for systems integration services.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, assess supplier capabilities, and proactively evaluate potential suppliers.
• Competitive Negotiation: Spearhead the development of robust Statements of Work (SOWs) and performance-based contracts, leading negotiations to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Cost Reduction: Drive aggressive cost reduction initiatives through negotiation, value engineering, process improvements, demand management, and alternative sourcing strategies.
• Supplier Management: Cultivate strategic alliances with key service partners and implement rigorous vendor performance management to ensure alignment with business objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. This is a senior-level procurement role.
• Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and category management, with proven expertise in strategically sourcing end-to-end services for large-scale technology deployments.
• Skills: Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, Cost Reduction, Supplier Relationship Management
• Bonus: Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and e-sourcing tools.
