The Process Lead for Assets is responsible for overseeing, planning, and executing the daily activities of the assets located at Pod 4. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient return processing, accurate inventory, and proper distribution of items, supporting TAIT’s ability to deliver its extraordinary live events and experiences.

• Mission: Oversee, plan, and execute daily asset activities at Pod 4, managing capacity, demand, and critical completion dates for asset processing.
• Tech Stack: RentalWorks database, other asset management systems

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Daily Operations: Review daily priorities, plan work requirements based on capacity, demand, and critical completion dates, and coordinate daily schedules for the rentals team.
• Process Returns: Execute the return processing of items from rentals, including scanning them into the RentalWorks database and distributing them to the proper departments or locations.
• Manage Asset Lifecycle: Perform basic quality control and maintenance on items, and oversee the disassembly and distribution of custom items for recycling, reuse, or consignment.
• Ensure Inventory Accuracy: Thoroughly check for discrepancies, follow through on missing items to verify report accuracy, and communicate all missing and damaged items to management upon return.
• Team and Safety Management: Take responsibility for direct employees’ time management and training, provide performance insights to the People Leader, and actively support the plant’s safety processes and practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum High School Diploma or GED, coupled with experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, factory, or rentals environment.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience with hand and power tools, and practical knowledge of using asset management systems like RentalWorks to maintain current and accurate records.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, effective coordination of daily team schedules, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and practices.
• Bonus: Preferred knowledge of equipment specifically used in entertainment staging.
