This Administrative Assistant role, identified as a Partner Services Specialist I, is important for ensuring business growth by providing consistent daily administrative support to Partners, Directors, Managers, and the Professional Services Teams within the Partner Services Division. It requires a team player attitude with an outgoing and positive demeanor, working independently while maintaining close collaboration with a supervisor and team members for effective problem solving and achieving departmental and organizational goals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Membership & Payments: Ensure the timely processing of membership enrollments and associated payments for partners.
• Agent Communication: Provide timely responses to all agent inquiries via phone or email and maintain effective communication with sales agents.
• Data Management: Perform accurate data entry duties as assigned and maintain all relevant spreadsheets, including agent lists, cancellations, and postings.
• Commission & Lifecycle: Review and approve Agent Commissions alongside a Level III team member or Professional Services Supervisor, and process agent onboarding and off-boarding procedures.
• Skill Development: Engage in training activities to expand personal skills and knowledge to better support departmental and organizational goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. This role requires 1-2 years of experience in an administrative business professional environment, including core domain knowledge of Insurance, Consumer Lines, and policy coverage.
• Experience: This is an Intermediate Level role that demands proven experience in accurate data entry, effective customer support, and comprehensive administrative assistance within a professional setting.
• Skills: Essential skills include precise data entry, excellent customer support, general administrative support, a foundational understanding of Insurance principles, familiarity with Consumer Lines products, and knowledge of policy coverage details.
• Bonus: Desired qualifications include being detail-oriented and resourceful, possessing strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and demonstrating the required ability to professionally communicate via email (ensuring grammatically correct correspondence) and strong verbal communication (ensuring articulation). The ability to multitask efficiently is crucial, alongside demonstrating a strong working knowledge of company business policies and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
