Part-Time Onboarding Associate | Luna Physical Therapy
The Tone:
This is a part-time role at Luna Physical Therapy, located remotely within specific U.S. states. Luna redefines physical therapy through an evidence-based, tech-enabled platform, connecting patients and providers to remove barriers to care. This role is crucial as the first point of contact for new and existing patients, directly contributing to outstanding customer service and patient satisfaction by facilitating access to quality care and support.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Scheduling: Manage the registration, scheduling, and rescheduling processes for new and existing patients.
• Record Management: Ensure accurate record management by obtaining and communicating relevant patient identification, history, and insurance details.
• Policy Communication: Inform patients about missed appointment policies, therapist arrival instructions, and intake forms.
• Call Coordination: Receive, screen, and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers.
• Lead Engagement: Proactively make outbound calls and send emails to patient leads to facilitate their onboarding.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or equivalent; core domain knowledge in office administration.
• Experience: 1 year of office admin experience is required.
• Skills: Demonstrates a high level of customer service, strong interpersonal communication skills, proficiency with Google Suite, highly detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Bonus: 1 year of call or contact center experience or other high call volume experience is preferred. Candidates must have reliable, high-speed internet with a backup option and be able to work in the US without restriction, residing outside of a 50-mile radius from the Nashville office and within the specific hiring states.
