What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management: Execute accurate data entry processes, which are a fundamental part of Integrity’s application workflow, ensuring precise record-keeping.
• Office Support: Provide comprehensive office support services for the New Business Organization and Agent Support departments, adapting to their evolving administrative needs.
• Communication Handling: Efficiently receive and accurately relay all incoming phone messages and faxes directly to relevant personnel within the operations department.
• Distribution Assistance: Facilitate the timely and organized distribution of all incoming correspondence and packages among team members, ensuring information reaches the right hands.
• System Maintenance: Actively contribute to maintaining the departmental general scanning and filing system, upholding organized and accessible digital and physical records.
