What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Begin with an 8-week onsite training in Dalton, Georgia, covering company knowledge, products, facilities, processes, people, and leadership development.
• Placement: Partner with a manufacturing facility best suited to utilize your skills and interests for personal and plant development.
• Application: Collaborate with engineering staff to apply knowledge and problem-solving skills to ongoing facility projects, tackling real-world issues.
• Completion: Successfully complete the program, preparing for permanent entry-level engineering roles such as Process, Project, Technical, Automation, or Industrial Engineer.
• Interview: Interview for permanent positions that align with your unique talents and career aspirations upon program completion.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical fields. Career level: Entry-Level.
• Experience: Not specified.
