The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Pheratech Systems. This Operations Associate position is a pivotal early-career opportunity, offering the chance to work directly with the company founders and actively contribute to building the organization from the ground up. The role provides unparalleled exposure across nearly every aspect of a developing robotics company, from crucial day-to-day operations and financial management to customer engagement, government program support, and essential field tests, making it a foundational role for someone eager to make a significant impact.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Oversight: Keep all company operations highly organized and ensure efficient processes are in place and continually moving forward.
• Logistics and Supply Chain: Provide comprehensive support for purchasing activities, managing vendor relationships, coordinating complex logistics, and assisting with field operations.
• Financial Administration: Support essential financial functions including budgeting, meticulous expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Assist with various aspects of customer interactions, government programs, the preparation of proposals, and diverse company projects.
• Autonomous Problem Solving: Research unfamiliar problems thoroughly, quickly determine the most effective course of action, and take full ownership of the solution’s implementation from start to finish.
The Must-Haves
• Background & Experience: An ambitious and hardworking early-career professional or new graduate (0-3 years experience) who is eager to take on significant responsibility quickly, with a proven ability to learn extraordinarily quickly and figure things out when there isn’t an instruction manual.
