The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Front Desk: Act as the primary point of contact for the office, professionally welcoming all visitors, clients, and vendors.
• Operations Support: Efficiently manage all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, including logging packages or pallets for both office and warehouse operations.
• Facility Oversight: Coordinate and oversee general facility maintenance, repairs, and inspections, working closely with external service providers such as the cleaning crew.
• Inventory Management: Take full ownership of maintaining the pantry and office inventory, ensuring that coffee, drinks, snacks, and daily office supplies remain fully stocked and well-organized.
• Global Alignment: Maintain regular contact with the Head of Facility at the Netherlands headquarters, aligning on processes and sharing updates to keep the company culture connected across borders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Prior experience as an Office Manager, Facility Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
• Key Attributes: High sense of ownership and a true can-do mentality to anticipate workspace needs; exceptional multitasking skills and sharp attention to detail to prioritize tasks independently; strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures; a welcoming personality with a service-oriented approach to supporting our growing team.
• Technical Acumen: Working knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Availability: Ability to work 24 hours per week in the office, located in Virginia, USA.
