What You’ll Actually Do
• Proactive Security: Proactively maintain a secure and safe environment for all guests and staff members.
• Venue Monitoring: Diligently monitor entrances/exits and observe overall venue activity to prevent incidents.
• Crowd Management: Assist effectively with crowd management and flow, especially during peak busy events.
• Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with fellow team members and management.
• Incident Response: Respond calmly, professionally, and effectively to various situations and challenges as they arise.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Valid California Guard Card is required.
• Experience: Prior security or event experience is essential.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to remain calm, composed, and effective under pressure; proven availability for consistent night shifts and weekend work.
• Bonus: Ability to reliably commute to San Francisco, CA 94107.
