What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn Mortgage Fundamentals: Grasp core mortgage concepts, loan structures, and the overall industry landscape through structured training.
• Develop Professional Communication: Acquire strong customer service capabilities and professional communication techniques essential for borrower interactions.
• Manage Workflow and Systems: Gain hands-on experience with workflow and pipeline management, including practical application within Tinman, NEO’s proprietary loan origination platform.
• Understand Operations & Sales Support: Receive a comprehensive introduction to various functions within mortgage operations and sales support, learning real-world processes through “The NEO Way.”
• Collaborate and Build Relationships: Participate in team collaboration and receive training focused on creating a seamless and exceptional borrower experience, fostering long-term career growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Individuals early in their professional journey who possess a strong work ethic, a growth mindset, are highly coachable, and eager to learn the mortgage industry from the ground up.
• Experience: Not required for the role; however, 1–3 years of professional experience is preferred.
• Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, professional and confident communication, comfortable learning new technology and systems quickly, takes ownership and pride in their work, brings positive energy and a team-first mentality.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree; prior experience in customer service, hospitality, banking, finance, sales support, or operations roles.
