Nas Production Coordinator | Nassal/nFusion (PCL family of companies)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Work Order Review: Thoroughly review work order documents for assigned department(s) to gain a comprehensive understanding of the scope of work.
• Scope & Budget Validation: Collaborate with department head(s) to clarify the scope, validate the provided budget, and confirm the requested timeline.
• Contract Management: Prepare relevant subcontract documents and purchase order agreements for vendors.
• Inventory & Production Tracking: Create and maintain a detailed list of deliverables within the Inventory Management software system, provide tags to foremen, and identify trackable production units.
• Project Communication: Transmit scope-related questions requiring clarification to project teams via Requests for Information (RFIs) and organize closeout documentation for project teams and historical reference.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Working knowledge of fabrication drawings and specifications, project health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards, quality requirements, and other relevant discipline-specific standards.
• Experience: Basic understanding of project schedules, the ability to identify the critical path, and awareness of cost and change management principles.
• Skills: Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask; proven critical thinking skills; basic problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.
