Mobility Rotation Program | Axalta

What You’ll Actually Do
• Digitalization Focus: Analyze business processes and develop digital solutions to display and optimize results for improved performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams across manufacturing plants to develop and implement digital solutions.
• Tool Implementation: Implement developed digital tools across manufacturing, supply chain, capacity planning, and engineering functions to drive their adaptation.
• Capacity Planning: Support the development and optimization of capacity planning tools, utilizing them to drive business decisions for new opportunities.
• Supply Chain Enhancement: Improve supply chain planning processes to optimize production schedules, reduce inventory, and enhance product delivery metrics.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for candidates graduating with a Bachelor’s degree between December 2025 and June 2026 in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field with clear technical interest.
• Experience: Entry-level (recent college graduate) with experience building dashboards or reports in PowerBI (or similar BI tools), and open to potential relocation during rotations.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as lookup, pivot tables, and data modeling/transformation; strong communication skills; highly self-motivated with strong initiative; ability to deal with ambiguity and operate with a high level of integrity.
• Bonus: Minimum 3.0 GPA; desire to be a future leader and gain exposure to multiple facets of business; history of consistently demonstrating innovative thinking.
