Creator Growth Marketing Project Intern (TikTok LIVE-AMS) – 2026 Start (BS/MS) | TikTok

The TikTok LIVE team aims to empower creators and foster strong partnerships to drive meaningful real-time interactions globally. This internship is designed to offer a glimpse into professional real-world experience, allowing you to engage in impactful short-term projects. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning within the Creator Growth Marketing team, which supports creator acquisition, engagement, and retention through integrated campaigns and storytelling.

• Mission: Support creator-focused marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and participation on TikTok LIVE.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of creator-focused marketing campaigns across owned and earned channels, such as in-app promotions, social media, and communications.
• Content Storytelling: Assist in sourcing and drafting compelling creator success stories and creator spotlights, helping to bring the best of TikTok LIVE storytelling to life.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate effectively across various internal teams, including LIVE Ops, Content Strategy, Product Marketing, Comms/PR, and Creative, to ensure workstreams remain organized and progress smoothly.
• Production Assistance: Support the execution of marketing content production, which includes shoot coordination, asset organization, and tracking edits and deliverables through to final delivery.
• Performance Tracking: Pull basic performance metrics and assist with compiling reporting recaps to help the team understand the impact of campaigns and creator engagement.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Film/Production, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong interest in creator marketing, influencer ecosystems, entertainment, and social media platforms. No specific years of prior professional experience are required for this internship.
• Skills: Possess excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable drafting copy and internal updates with guidance. Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively, and comfortable working with data in Google Sheets/Excel for basic reporting and tracking.
• Bonus: Familiarity with TikTok LIVE or other livestreaming and creator platforms. Prior experience supporting content creation or production workflows, which can include school projects, previous internships, or personal content channels. A strong understanding of TikTok and broader social content trends, formats, and creator behavior.
