Marketing & Brand Strategy Intern | MeeBoss

The Tone:
This is an unpaid internship at MeeBoss, offered remotely with a preference for U.S. candidates, but open globally. MeeBoss is building a platform focused on trust infrastructure, enabling professionals, students, and organizations to build credibility through verified relationships and reputation. This role is crucial for shaping MeeBoss’s public perception by owning the creation of its visual identity and digital presence, ensuring instant recognition of what the company stands for. The intern will help define how thousands, and eventually millions, of users perceive the company.

• Mission: This intern defines and executes the company’s visual identity, digital presence, and marketing strategies to build brand recognition and user perception for MeeBoss.
• Tech Stack: Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, ChatGPT/AI content tools, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Notion, basic video editing

What You’ll Actually Do
• Brand Identity: Develop and refine the visual language of MeeBoss, creating brand guidelines and designing presentation decks and marketing assets.
• Social Media Strategy: Launch and manage MeeBoss’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, including content calendars and graphic creation.
• Campaign Management: Prepare and execute go-to-market campaigns for the MVP launch, beta waitlist, university partnerships, and user acquisition efforts.
• Content Creation: Produce infographics, explainer visuals, product teasers, motion graphics, and various website and email assets.
• Performance Analytics: Track follower growth, engagement rates, conversion performance, and website traffic, presenting monthly improvement recommendations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Business, Branding, Advertising, UX/UI, or Journalism.
• Experience: Outstanding portfolio required; preferred experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, ChatGPT/AI content tools, and various social media platforms.
• Skills: Brand identity development, social media content creation, digital marketing analytics, visual design, and basic video editing.
• Bonus: Startup experience, personal content creation experience, a portfolio of social campaigns, strong storytelling skills, and an interest in AI and the future of work.
