What You’ll Actually Do
• Brand Promotion: Participate in on-site marketing and promotional activities specifically designed to broaden brand exposure for Platinum Coastal Group.
• Customer Acquisition: Contribute directly to customer acquisition efforts through the implementation of structured outreach initiatives.
• Market Insights: Perform thorough market analysis to identify prevailing trends, understand customer behaviors, and track key performance metrics.
• Public Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling product and brand presentations in various settings, including retail environments and live events.
• Campaign Optimization: Review comprehensive campaign data and provide actionable insights to optimize the effectiveness of future marketing efforts.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level position supporting the marketing team. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, demonstrating foundational knowledge, however, equivalent professional experience or strong demonstrated potential will be equally considered.
• Experience: While not mandatory, 0–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, or related internships is considered an asset, providing a valuable foundation for this role.
• Skills:
– Public Speaking & Presentation: Possess confident public speaking abilities and strong capabilities in preparing and delivering engaging presentations.
– Communication: Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills for effective team collaboration and external interactions, coupled with clear written communication.
– Analytical Thinking: Demonstrate creative thinking alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate marketing challenges.
– Organization & Management: Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
– Relationship Management: Ability to develop and sustain professional relationships with various stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients.
