This role is integral to the marketing team’s efforts, specifically in the execution of direct marketing initiatives, the seamless coordination of promotional events, and the comprehensive undertaking of market research. The individual in this position will combine creative, operational, and administrative skills to directly contribute to elevating client brands and fostering stronger customer engagement, all within an environment that requires adaptability and proactive engagement.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Execution: Take an active role in the comprehensive planning, meticulous organization, and successful execution of a variety of direct marketing and promotional campaigns designed to effectively reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
• Event Coordination: Provide crucial support in coordinating and executing engaging brand activations, organizing local promotional events, and developing community outreach programs that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Content Management: Skillfully compose compelling content, meticulously schedule its release, and proficiently manage its deployment across diverse digital platforms and social media channels to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Market Analysis: Proactively gather valuable consumer insights and feedback, diligently monitor local Atlanta marketing trends, and thoroughly analyze competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions and identify new opportunities.
• Administrative Support: Systematically maintain marketing databases and critical records, accurately track campaign performance metrics, prepare insightful reports, and assist in the creation of impactful promotional presentations and essential marketing materials.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an early career position, and entry-level candidates demonstrating strong potential are encouraged to apply. A foundational understanding of marketing and business principles is beneficial for this role.
• Experience: While no specific years of experience are required, a background in customer-facing roles, retail, promotional activities, or junior marketing positions is considered a strong advantage.
