The Tone:
This is a full-time, 12-month leadership-development program at Newrez, a company that brings together thinkers and caring doers to make homeownership a reality. This program is specifically designed for recent college graduates to gain practical, on-the-job leadership and management skills, strengthening the company’s future leadership.

• Pay: $53700–$86520 yearly
• Team: Part of the TRAIL (Tools Required for Advancement Into Leadership) program, with immersion in Commercial Strategy, Business Development, and Product/Project Management within Marketing.
• Mission: Strengthen the future leadership of the company by building a foundation in process improvement, presentation, and leadership skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.
• Tech Stack: Excel, Tableau, SQL, Salesforce, Canva, HTML, PowerPoint, Visio

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Management: Define and manage strategy projects or new product launches, setting clear objectives, defining deliverables, and preventing scope creep.
• Plan Development: Develop comprehensive project management plans, including creating schedules, budgets, resource allocation plans, and communication strategies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate extended teams by assigning tasks, motivating members, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Business Analysis: Perform business analyses and provide recommendations to leadership for business and process changes.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop a detailed understanding of the customer base and competitive marketplace to recommend and execute improvements to the overall marketing approach.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university; suitable for recent college graduates. Degrees in Marketing, Data Analytics, or Finance are preferred.
• Experience: Entry-level role designed to provide practical, on-the-job experience and mentorship; no specific prior work experience is required.
• Skills: Highly developed organizational and project/time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in quantitative analysis, and an entrepreneurial business mindset.
• Bonus: Experience with Canva, HTML, PowerPoint, and Visio. Understanding of multiple brand structures and rules to enforce uniformity.
