The Tone:
This is an entry-level role at Tidewater Consulting, part of our Management Training Program. Our program is structured to educate candidates in all areas of business operations, providing extensive in-house training for professional development and success. This role is crucial for expanding our business by developing and executing sales and marketing campaigns, building client relationships, and ultimately driving sales for the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Development: Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends.
• Lead Management: Generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Proposal Support: Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals.
• Departmental Training: Cross-train in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing departments.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Experience: Familiarity with sales and marketing tools and techniques.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team; strong organizational and time management skills.
