The Tone:
This is a full-time, three-year rotational program role at Wabash, located in Lafayette, IN, with occasional travel. What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations: Participate in structured rotations to gain exposure to core commercial functions by performing actual jobs within each rotation.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and achieve measurable results.
• Skill Development: Develop strategic, analytical, and communication skills through the execution of projects and exposure to leadership.
• Engagement: Engage in direct mentorship, comprehensive training, and professional development activities throughout the program’s duration.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field, suitable for new college graduates.
• Experience: A strong interest in pursuing a career within commercial functions is required.
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also a must.
