What You’ll Actually Do
• Website Management: Update digital information across various community websites to maintain current content.
• Content Design: Design and create engaging layouts, concepts, and diverse marketing materials for promotional use.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure all community data presented online and in materials is accurate and up-to-date.
• Digital Support: Support various digital marketing initiatives specifically designed for communities and sales efforts.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Experience: Two to three years of experience in administrative, marketing, or related support roles, coupled with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Skills: Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to quickly learn new programs and systems.
• Bonus: A valid driver’s license, a personal vehicle, and a willingness to travel as required for the role.
