The Tone:
SwiftX is initiating a full-time, one-year rotational development program for Management Trainees, which will be primarily hands-on within critical operational facilities. As a key player in logistics, SwiftX is dedicated to cultivating future operations leaders through this structured program. This role is fundamental to building a strong leadership pipeline, enabling participants to directly impact and optimize warehouse, hub, and transportation operations from the ground up, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.

• Mission: Cultivate future operations leaders through structured training, hands-on experience, and cross-functional rotations to drive operational excellence and prepare for leadership-track positions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Foundational Training: Complete comprehensive onboarding and foundational operations training during the first three months, learning core warehouse processes, standard operating procedures, and safety requirements. This phase includes rotations through multiple warehouse functions and locations to understand the entire logistics operation.
• Hub Operations & Coordination: Participate actively in hub operations and transportation activities during months four through six, taking ownership of assigned operational responsibilities. You will support daily operational management and KPI achievement, while developing cross-functional communication and problem-solving techniques.
• Operational Support & Optimization: Rotate through specialized operational support functions such as Pickup Operations, Data Analysis, Network Planning, and Transportation Operations for three months. Here, you will participate in process improvement projects, analyze operational performance, and support various business initiatives.
• Leadership Development & Placement: Engage in advanced role-specific training and comprehensive management and leadership development programs during the final phase. You will lead assigned projects and operational initiatives, completing a final evaluation before transitioning into a permanent leadership-track role within SwiftX.
• Mentorship & Exposure: Gain invaluable exposure to various operational areas including warehouse operations, hub management, and transportation coordination, while receiving consistent mentorship from seasoned leaders throughout the entire program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher, having graduated within the past 12 months or expecting to graduate soon. Preferred academic backgrounds include Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or Operations Management.
• Experience: This is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates, requiring fluency in both English and Mandarin for effective communication in diverse operational settings.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a self-motivated desire for career growth. You must also possess strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Bonus: Additional proficiency in Spanish language skills is considered a valuable asset.
