What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Evaluation: Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe their condition, and report any changes in their status.
• Care Planning: Contribute to the development of nursing assessments and comprehensive care plans for patients/residents.
• Staff Supervision: Supervise and monitor the patient care provided by unlicensed healthcare staff members.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications and perform prescribed treatments according to physician orders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career Licensed Practical Nurse with a graduation from an approved school for vocational nursing.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required; entry-level graduates are encouraged.
• Skills: Patient evaluation, nursing assessment contribution, care planning, supervision of unlicensed staff, medication administration, and treatment performance.
• Bonus: Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
