Junior Sales Associate | Blue Tees Golf

The Tone:
This is a remote role at Blue Tees Golf. The company is a consumer electronics golf technology firm that designs, develops, and distributes products to enhance the performance and enjoyment of golfers. They aspire to champion the progression of the game and make high-quality equipment accessible to all golfers. This role is crucial for driving pipeline generation and contributing to revenue growth by expanding account coverage and capturing untapped demand within existing and prospective accounts.

• Team: Reports directly to a Sales Director.
• Mission: This person is responsible for consistent, high-volume outreach, disciplined follow-up, and effective pipeline management to identify new opportunities and ensure no revenue opportunity is missed.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Revenue Growth: Execute daily outbound sales outreach to existing and prospective wholesale accounts to identify needs and convert opportunities into pipeline and closed business.
• Support Sales Territory: Partner with Sales Directors to execute territory-specific sales strategies, taking ownership of assigned call lists and prospecting efforts for maximum coverage.
• Manage Customer Accounts: Support order follow-up and basic account management to ensure a seamless customer experience, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
• Assist Marketing & Events: Support pre-show and post-show outreach initiatives to maximize event ROI and assist in executing campaign-based outreach tied to product launches and promotions.
• Collaborate Internally: Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, and Sales Operations to ensure timely and accurate customer communication, surfacing feedback and opportunities to internal teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 1 year in inside sales or other relevant customer-facing experience.
• Experience: At least 1 year of inside sales, B2B, retail, or customer-facing experience. Proficiency in CRM systems, with HubSpot preferred. Experience working in a high-growth environment.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, comfort with making high-volume outbound calls daily, highly organized with strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, strong time management, and a coachable mindset.
• Bonus: Experience in consumer goods or wholesale sales, exposure to sales pipelines, outreach cadence, and follow-up strategies, or an interest in the golf industry.
