Junior Manufacturing Engineer | i3

What You’ll Actually Do
• Evaluate: Assess new and existing processes, equipment, and materials to inform scheduling methods, performance metrics, and financial standards.
• Develop: Create detailed work instructions and routers for manufacturing activities essential for product realization.
• Monitor: Track production build parameters such as build times, defect identification, and material consumption rates.
• Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing build issues.
• Document: Generate test plans, technical reports, and presentations to thoroughly document work performed.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable engineering area such as mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing, or engineering technology.
• Experience: 0-3 years of relevant professional experience, with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. U. S. Citizenship is required.
• Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, technical documentation generation, and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Bonus: Project experience utilizing SolidWorks, Unmanned Aircraft experience, Flight testing and range experience, and Additive manufacturing experience.
