The Tone:
This is a full-time, hybrid role at LSEG, located in Norwell, MA. This graduate program is designed to immerse individuals in engineering principles, contribute to critical software delivery for major global companies, and build foundational skills for a career within the Engineering function, driving financial stability and innovation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Progress through a 12-month development journey to build foundational skills essential for future success.
• Learn: Build foundational knowledge of LSEG, financial markets, and the business during a global induction and ‘Engineering Bootcamp’ week.
• Collaborate: Participate in group projects that are aligned to LSEG goals, meeting with your cohort at the ‘Ignite’ mid-point offsite.
• Innovate: Apply deep technical and analytical expertise to build, operate, and improve the platforms, products, services, and models powering the business.
• Grow: Align with a permanent Engineering Team from day one to develop within a secure framework and access industry-recognized qualifications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Final year undergraduate or Masters student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, having completed all course requirements before August 2027, or a fresh graduate in the class of 2026. This is an Entry-Level Associate role.
• Experience: Demonstrable interest in financial markets, built through studies, work experience, or extracurricular activities. Strong interest in technology, proven via work experience, extracurricular activities, or academic studies, such as internships, university projects, or self-taught coding.
• Skills: Ability to analyze information to draw conclusions and propose solutions; strategic thinking to connect various pieces of information; focus, resilience, and adaptability to changing demands in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with others.
• Bonus: Rights to work in the US without restrictions for the duration of the graduate program; candidates with physics, engineering, or electronic degrees who can demonstrate an interest in technology via extracurriculars, work experience, or personal projects.
