What You’ll Actually Do

• Collaborate: Partner with business unit teams to specify requirements, communicate project approaches, and present results.
• Apply: Utilize a foundational understanding of key business drivers to execute individual work and integrate team contributions across the business.
• Develop: Engage in a variety of projects and tasks designed to enhance leadership qualities, business acumen, and technical skills.
• Communicate: Interact with colleagues, develop strong customer relationships as an interface between clients and GE Vernova, and explain technical information to others.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level program for individuals seeking a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Experience: For US roles: A Bachelor’s degree is required. Alternatively, a High-School Diploma or GED combined with a minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant job family groups or functions will be considered.
• Skills: Foundational understanding of key business drivers; Effective communication regarding design and coordination services; Ability to explain technical information.
• Bonus: Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership qualities, ability to influence others and lead small teams, and ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
