What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribution: Contribute to team activities through rotational assignments combined with formal classroom studies.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with business unit teams to specify needs, communicate project approaches, and present results.
• Application: Apply a foundational understanding of key business drivers to accomplish individual work and integrate team efforts within the broader field.
• Development: Contribute to a wide variety of projects and assignments to develop leadership, business acumen, and technical skills.
• Communication: Communicate technical and design information to direct colleagues and company stakeholders, serving as a client interface when applicable.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college; Entry-Level.
• Experience: No minimum years of experience required for those with a Bachelor’s degree (for US-based positions, a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience is an alternative).
• Skills: Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, leadership, ability to influence others, ability to lead small teams, and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
