• Mission: Assist in preparing solutions for general and engineering problems, including structural analysis and design.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Preparation: Assist in developing solutions for general and engineering problems within structural contexts.
• Detail Coordination: Check and coordinate details and dimensions under the guidance of a supervisor.
• Structural Design: Perform structural analysis and design tasks under direct supervision.
• Document Assistance: Help prepare design and construction documents for projects.
• Drawing Review: Review shop drawings and product submittals to ensure general conformance with structural engineering documents.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent completion of a B.S. in Civil Engineering or B.Eng, with general knowledge of materials, detailing, construction techniques, and structural engineering principles and codes.
• Experience: Limited experience in structural analysis, drafting, and design development, suitable for an early career professional.
• Skills: Strong collaborative ability, initiative, problem-solving, high attention to precision and accuracy, and effective internal communication (written, oral, visual), along with basic knowledge of computational and FEM tools.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
