As a Junior Account Executive at Contact Loop, you will work across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments, learning the end-to-end sales funnel and putting real deals on the board. No prior Rolodex required. We will give you the tools, the training, and the support to get there.

This role is different from most “junior” sales jobs. You will not shadow someone for six months. You will be selling from day one — backed by a strong support system that includes our leadership team, Senior Vice President, and Senior AEs who are invested in your success from the moment you walk in. They know you’re here, they’re rooting for you, and they will help you ramp fast. Contact Loop invests in the growth of its people, and the path from Junior AE to Senior AE is a real one, earned fast by those who show up and execute.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and close across SMB and mid-market accounts, with enterprise opportunities available as you grow.
  • Own the end-to-end sales funnel for all of your accounts — from discovery through close and structured handoff to account management.
  • Leverage Contact Loop’s marketing lead gen funnel as a starting point, while also proactively building your own pipeline through outreach, networking, and creative prospecting.
  • Run product demos and discovery calls that communicate how Contact Loop’s tools — Messenger, ChatFusion, VoiceFusion — solve real lifecycle and revenue challenges for SMBs.
  • Use our CRM to log every interaction, meeting, and pipeline update — disciplined CRM hygiene is an expectation across the team.
  • Stay current on AI trends and tools, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource for your prospects.
  • Engage with team coaching and training with an open mind — this is a growth role and we will actively invest in making you better.
