What You’ll Actually Do
• Quotation Development: Develop quotations tailored to branch preferences, encompassing manufacturers and profit margins.
• Material Identification: Identify and select relevant materials to be included in quotations after comprehensive training.
• Vendor Engagement: Interact and negotiate with vendors while nurturing positive working relationships.
• Process Adherence: Utilize and maintain established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to efficiently complete quotation processes.
• Issue Management: Quickly identify business-critical issues and collaborate with team members for resolution.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with foundational knowledge in commercial/multi-family HVAC or sales, with a willingness to learn.
• Experience: Not explicitly required; the company is willing to train the right candidate, though quotation or Inside Sales experience is preferred.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Teams and Outlook; strong written and verbal communication skills; robust computer and typing skills (40+ WPM); excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and time-management abilities.
• Bonus: Commercial/multi-family HVAC knowledge, quotation experience, and/or Inside Sales experience.
