Management Trainee – Sales/Leadership Development | Hireverse

The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person sales position at Hireverse, centered on providing hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, team development, and business operations. Hireverse is dedicated to direct customer acquisition and effectively representing various products and services. What You’ll Actually Do
• Direct Sales & Acquisition: Gain hands-on experience in sales and customer acquisition by representing products and services through direct, face-to-face customer interactions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with prospective customers, identify their specific needs, and educate them thoroughly on available products, services, promotions, and their benefits.
• Sales Strategy & Performance: Develop effective sales strategies and communication techniques, actively working toward individual and team sales goals, and consistently tracking personal performance and sales results.
• Comprehensive Training & Mentorship: Participate in ongoing, paid sales, product, leadership, and management training, working alongside current leadership to learn daily business operations and gain insights into business development.
• Team Development & Leadership Progression: Assist with training and supporting newer team members, develop skills in coaching and performance management, and take on additional leadership responsibilities based on demonstrated performance and development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. This position is ideal for individuals who are competitive, people-oriented, and interested in developing skills in sales, leadership, business development, and management. Candidates should demonstrate strong potential and a willingness to learn.
• Experience: Previous sales or leadership experience is helpful but not strictly required, as comprehensive hands-on training is provided. A desire to take on increasing responsibility as they develop is expected.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, confidence working directly with customers, a competitive and performance-driven attitude, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, a positive attitude with openness to feedback, and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is considered a plus.
