What You’ll Actually Do
• Matchmaker: Act as a matchmaker between companies and candidates, facilitating successful placements.
• Resume Reviewer: Review resumes from Insight Global’s internal database and various online job boards.
• Interviewer: Conduct thorough phone interviews to assess candidate suitability for client roles.
• Candidate Preparer: Prepare candidates effectively for meetings with hiring managers, ensuring they are ready for client interactions.
• Offer Negotiator: Negotiate job offers to ensure successful placements for both candidates and clients.
