The TL;DR
• Role: Early Career
• Type: Full-time; Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote); No Nights and Weekends
• Location: Hybrid; Raleigh, NC, Nashville, TN, and/or Newport News, VA
• Pay: $15.00–$27.50 hourly; Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible
• Team: National Quotations department, supporting quotations associates and managers
• Mission: To accurately develop HVAC quotations, manage vendor interactions, and maintain strong relationships to support customer projects.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Teams, Outlook

What You’ll Actually Do
• Quotation Development: Develop quotations based on specific branch preferences, including manufacturers and profit margins.
• Material Identification: Identify relevant materials to be quoted after receiving comprehensive training.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with both customers and vendors through consistent interaction and negotiation.
• Project Documentation: Organize and file inbound emails and attachments appropriately within designated project folders.
• Issue Resolution: Identify business critical issues quickly and collaborate with team members to resolve them effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position, willing to train the right candidate; foundational understanding of commercial/multi-family HVAC is preferred.
• Experience: No explicit years required; preferred experience in Commercial/multi-family HVAC, quotation development, and/or Inside Sales.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Teams, Outlook), strong written and verbal communication skills, strong computer and typing skills (40+ WPM), well-organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management skills.
• Bonus: Commercial/multi-family HVAC knowledge, quotation experience, and/or Inside Sales experience.
