The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design Support: Assist in the comprehensive creation of concept sketches, detailed digital renderings, and professional presentation materials for various interior design projects.
• Project Contribution: Provide direct support to the experienced design team on active automotive projects, contributing to ongoing development and execution.
• Skill Development: Engage in a learning environment to refine both technical design proficiencies and creative problem-solving abilities under the guidance of industry professionals.
• Solution Delivery: Deliver meaningful and innovative design solutions that are consistent with the studio’s overarching vision and established brand identity.
• Team Collaboration: Actively collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to integrate design efforts and ensure cohesive project development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant design field such as automotive design, transportation design, or industrial design, signifying foundational knowledge in product and vehicle aesthetics.
• Experience: Demonstrated talent and skill level through a professional and creative portfolio that effectively showcases design capabilities, aesthetic judgment, and potential for contribution in a professional design setting.
• Skills: Strong research skills applicable to understanding design trends and user needs, proficiency in creating visual design assets, and the ability to contribute to design presentations.
