Operating from a multi-million dollar, state-of-the-art facility established just about a year ago, Invite Only Studios has quickly become a hub for high-profile talent such as Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys, Shaquille O’Neal, and Offset, alongside major entities like Madison Square Garden Entertainment. The studio also hosts significant events for ESPN, KIDinaKORNER (Imagine Dragons), Swizz Beats, Russ, and Nike, and contributes musical content for leading brands including Starbucks, JP Morgan-Chase, Sunny D, Wendy’s, and Weight Watchers. This Videography Intern role is essential for visually documenting the creative processes of both established and indie artists, assisting them in propelling their careers, and for contributing fresh visual content ideas to the studio’s diverse range of projects and clientele. What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Introduction: Introduce and develop creative visual content designed to highlight talent and enhance the overall brand presence of Invite Only Studios, contributing to projects for artists and corporate clients alike.
• Production Assistance: Provide hands-on assistance during creative shoots and video productions, supporting the execution of high-quality visual assets for various studio projects.
• Meeting Documentation: Accurately take and compile detailed notes during critical meetings, ensuring clear records of discussions, decisions, and action items related to creative projects.
• Concept Realization: Collaborate closely with the creative staff to translate initial concepts into finished visual products, ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.
• Operational Support: Manage project logistics by running essential errands, which include the purchasing of supplies, props, equipment, food, and any other necessary items required for ongoing studio projects.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates must be at least enrolled in or on track to graduate from a four-year college or university, pursuing a degree in Film/Video Production, Photography, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience: No specific years of prior professional experience are required for this internship role.
• Skills:
– Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and efficiently process new information.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction and documentation.
– Proficiency with standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
