The Tone:
This is an internship at Golden Pet Brands, located in a hybrid capacity across El Segundo, CA, and North Hollywood, CA. The company is dedicated to creating a world where pets live longer, healthier lives, starting from their very first meal. This role is crucial for supporting the Creative Production team with essential production assistant responsibilities, offering hands-on experience in commercial production. By providing operational support, the intern helps improve team efficiency and allows producers to concentrate on strategic planning and execution.

The TL;DR

• Location: Hybrid, El Segundo, CA / North Hollywood, CA
• Pay: $17–$20 hourly
• Team: Creative Production team
• Mission: The intern increases team efficiency by providing operational support, enabling producers to focus on planning and execution.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Organize: Prepare and maintain production equipment, props, and supplies for shoots.
• Coordinate: Manage production runs, pickups, and general logistics to support day-to-day needs.
• Assist: Provide direct on-set support to crew, talent, and production staff during shoots.
• Administer: Support administrative tasks, including organizing documents, paperwork, and tracking inventory.
• Contribute: Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient production environment through various duties.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Possesses a basic understanding of production workflows and on-set etiquette.
• Experience: Comfortable performing hands-on tasks and working in active production environments.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities; Ability to lift and move production equipment, props, and supplies.
• Bonus: Eagerness to learn and develop skills within commercial production and content creation; Adaptable and solutions-oriented when priorities or production needs change.
