Integrated Brand Marketing Summer Intern | Son of Noise

The Tone:
This is a Summer internship at Son of Noise, an integrated marketing agency primarily operating remotely, with a preference for candidates in Los Angeles, New York, or Miami for potential in-person event and activation support. Founded in 2023, Son of Noise serves as a strategic partner for leading brands, focusing on driving intentional and authentic growth across the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors. Through an earned-first approach to brand building, the agency specializes in creating meaningful moments, forging partnerships with purpose, and fostering connected communities. This role offers an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on agency experience, providing direct exposure to the execution of integrated marketing campaigns from initial strategy through to completion.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Support: Provide comprehensive support to the integrated marketing team in executing campaigns across key areas including influencer relations, creator partnerships, social content initiatives, and experiential activations, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
• Research & Strategy: Conduct detailed creator sourcing and in-depth industry research, alongside proactive trend forecasting to inform and shape brand strategies and future campaign development within beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
• Content & Logistics: Manage the practical aspects of gifting logistics for creators and influencers, and actively assist with the conceptualization, creation, and organization of diverse social media content across various platforms.
• Performance Tracking: Systematically track and report on campaign progress and performance metrics, including creator engagement and content reach, to ensure objectives are met and data-driven insights are gathered for continuous improvement.
• Communication & Events: Draft various communication materials for internal coordination and external outreach, and provide crucial support for the planning, preparation, and on-site execution of brand events and experiential activations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and eligible for internship credit.
• Experience: Demonstrated familiarity with prominent social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, coupled with an understanding of contemporary creator culture.
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, and a deep passion for influencer marketing, social media, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and culture.
• Bonus: Prior experience utilizing Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), Canva, and basic video editing applications such as CapCut is preferred.
