Job Description: Human Resources Operations Intern

This internship provides a comprehensive experience in various HR functions. The intern will gain hands-on experience working closely with HR professionals and departments across the company. Specific responsibilities include:

Supporting the recruitment process: This involves tasks such as creating job postings, communicating with candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Assisting with employee onboarding: Preparing orientation materials and ensuring a smooth integration for new hires.
Maintaining employee records and HR databases: Ensuring accuracy and compliance in data management.
Analyzing HR data: Contributing to insights on workforce trends and operational efficiency.
Participating in HR initiative development: Helping to create and implement new HR policies and procedures.
Coordinating employee engagement initiatives: Organizing events and activities to foster a positive work environment.
Assisting with payroll, benefits, and performance management: Providing support as needed.
Additional duties as assigned.
