What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruiting: Develop and implement college tour programs and campus outreach strategies for recruiting initiatives.
• Documentation: Design and standardize essential HR documents, including job postings, internal communications, and onboarding materials.
• Engagement: Plan and execute activities and events focused on enhancing employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
• Reporting: Construct and manage HR dashboards and reporting tools to track key metrics like recruiting progress and engagement.
• Communications: Compose and distribute various employee communications, such as announcements, newsletters, and internal campaigns.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree at an Early Career level in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: Required bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail; Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; Creative mindset applicable to employee engagement and culture.
• Bonus: Comfort with data analysis, Excel, or dashboard creation.
