This Talent Acquisition Intern role is a key player in staffing the E-commerce organization, focusing on identifying and attracting top technical talent. What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Help hiring managers and recruiters across English and Mandarin-speaking regions understand technical requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Develop: Assist in creating and implementing sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of top technical talent for critical roles.
• Learn: Identify and engage passive candidates using various channels, including professional networking sites and technical communities.
• Refine: Participate in improving sourcing processes and tools to boost efficiency and candidate quality in the hiring funnel.
• Support: Assist with various talent acquisition projects, such as organizing virtual hiring events, gathering market intelligence data, and aiding diversity-focused sourcing initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a high motivation to learn about technical and non-technical recruitment.
• Experience: Must be able to commit to a 6-month full-time work period during 2026 Summer.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bonus: Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruiting, familiarity with or interest in learning sourcing tools, an interest in the tech industry (specifically Product Management, Design, Strategy, or Data Science roles), and a data-driven mindset.
