What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide direct in-home care services to clients, supporting their daily needs and well-being.
• Assist clients with essential physical tasks, including lifting, positioning, and transferring, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Engage fully in the free, two-week HHA Certification Course, attending in-person lectures and skills sessions, completing all assigned homework, and participating in Friday skills competency sign-offs and tests.
• Acquire specialized skills through Behavioral Health Paraprofessional training, enabling the provision of care for individuals with behavioral and mental health needs.
• Upon successful completion of the course and orientation, become ready to pick up shifts and actively contribute to helping members of the community.

• Background: Others. Seeking individuals eager to start a career in healthcare, demonstrating compassion, respect, a commitment to excellence, and a positive attitude. This role requires eligibility to work in the United States, successful completion of a criminal record check meeting hiring guidelines, and a clear physical and 2-Step PPD.
• Experience: No prior experience in healthcare is required, as comprehensive HHA certification and Behavioral Health Paraprofessional training are provided at no cost.
• Skills: Ability to safely lift, position, and transfer patients; commitment to diligently attend and participate in the in-person training course, including completion of all assignments and successful performance on skills competency assessments.
