• Mission: This person helps healthcare clients navigate financial, reimbursement, operational, and regulatory challenges by researching laws and coordinating solutions to meet their needs.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide Services: Provide onsite and offsite services to healthcare clients on financial, reimbursement, operational, and industry issues.
• Collect Information: Request and collect necessary information to diagnose and resolve client problems.
• Coordinate Activities: Coordinate various activities to meet client needs within established timeframes.
• Interact with Clients: Regularly interact with client providers and staff to understand work procedures and tailor plans as needed.
• Research Regulations: Research new and existing healthcare regulations and laws to apply this knowledge in assisting clients.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Health Care Administration, graduating by May 2027. This is an Entry-Level position.
• Experience: Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Skills: Desire to build knowledge of healthcare terminology, policies, practices, and financial programs. Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and establish effective working relationships with coworkers and clients. Enjoy multi-tasking and coordinating various activities to meet client needs in a timely manner.
