The Tone:
This is a full-time Leadership Development Program at Sanofi, with an initial rotation potentially requiring relocation, followed by additional rotations based at the business unit’s headquarters in Morristown, NJ for the Vaccines track. What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Planning: Develop a long-term strategic view of disease area portfolios.
• Brand Management: Contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies and tactical plans.
• Pricing Optimization: Support the team with developing optimal pricing strategies and conducting research in major markets.
• Financial Coordination: Coordinate budget and Strat-Plan activities, including presentations for leadership teams.
• Business Development: Drive business development activities, including diligence, modeling, and deal negotiation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree; currently pursuing an MBA at an accredited college or university, with expected completion by Spring of 2027; must be willing and able to relocate for rotations.
• Experience: Pre-program work experience, ideally in relevant commercial pharmaceuticals areas such as biotechnology, finance, science, marketing, sales, healthcare consulting, or investment banking.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across boundaries; strong analytical skills for packaging and presenting cohesive insights.
