• Mission: Own the accurate management and compliance of the fixed assets ledger within accounting standards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Ledger Management: Manage the fixed assets ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Asset Administration: Administer the capitalization, depreciation, retirements, and transfers of fixed assets.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations of fixed asset accounts.
• Compliance Adherence: Adhere to GAAP and applicable regulations in fixed asset reporting.
• Audit Assistance: Provide necessary reports and schedules to support internal and external audits.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.
• Skills: Understanding of GAAP, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication skills.
• Bonus: Demonstrated experience with fixed asset management.
