Role Description: Growth Marketing Intern

Are you a proactive, creative, and analytically-minded individual passionate about driving growth and making a real impact? Schoolconomy Inc. is seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Intern to join our team in a hybrid role. While primarily based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, this position offers occasional opportunities for remote work, providing flexibility and a diverse work environment.

As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in expanding our company’s reach and impact through various strategic growth marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced EdTech startup, contributing directly to user engagement and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis of marketing data, identifying key trends, tracking performance, and translating complex data into actionable insights to inform future strategies.
• Contribute to the development and testing of innovative growth strategies across various channels, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
• Provide dedicated support to sales efforts, which includes identifying and nurturing leads, assisting with relationship building, and developing compelling outreach materials.
• Manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to deadlines, and effective coordination with stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts, share insights, and collectively drive user engagement and acquisition goals.
• Research and identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic planning.
• Assist in the creation and optimization of marketing campaigns, A/B tests, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

• Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and extract meaningful insights to measure and drive growth.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Understanding of Growth Hacking: Familiarity with growth hacking strategies and techniques, with a keen interest in applying innovative approaches to marketing challenges.
• Sales Acumen or Interest: Experience or a strong interest in sales, including relationship building, lead generation, and understanding the sales funnel.
• Effective Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, organize tasks efficiently, and ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Proactive & Creative Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing fresh ideas, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a closely related field.
• A passion for education, gaming, and leveraging technology to empower students is a significant plus!
