What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Care Planning: Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans in collaboration with experienced RNs and healthcare teams.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with protocols.
• Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Perform patient assessments, documenting vital signs, patient responses, and any changes in condition promptly.
• Education & Support: Provide patient and family education on basic care, procedures, and treatment plans to promote understanding and adherence.
• Environment & Safety: Support patient mobility, personal hygiene, and daily living activities while maintaining a clean and safe care environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career Registered Nurse with strong knowledge of the nursing process and clinical nursing practices.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• Skills: Ability to perform thorough patient assessments; proficient in administering medications; effective communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; knowledge of safety standards, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Bonus: ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications are preferred.
